Licence activation

This documentation applies to version 2.X of the plugin.

Activation is not required for the plugin or add-ons to work. It is required only for automatic updates.

The free products do not require a licence key.

Get the licence key

Once you ordered a product from our shop, you will receive an email with your order which contains the licence key.

You can also get your licence key from your account on our shop, Licences page. There, you will have the list of all your keys and activations.

Activate your licence

To activate your licence follow the steps:

Step 1Sign into your WordPress admin.Step 2Go to Pinpoint Booking System -> Settings page.Step 3Select Licences submenu.Step 4Enter the licence key and the email you used on our shop. Only this combination will work. You cannot use another email.Step 5Click Activate to activate the plugin/add-on.

Deactivate your licence

There are two ways you can deactivate your licence.

For the first method follow the next steps:

Step 1Sign into your WordPress admin.Step 2Go to Pinpoint Booking System -> Settings page.Step 3Select Licences from submenu.Step 4Click Deactivate to deactivate the plugin/add-on.

The second method is very useful if you delete the plugin without deactivating the licence and you want to activate it again.

Go to your account on our shop, Licences page, and just click the Delete button, next to your activation data.
