Path / Administration area...Custom pricesYou can set custom prices for your extensions or other options, applying them based on specific criteria. This enables flexible pricing strategies that adapt to various booking scenarios.
All available settings are listed here, but some may be hidden or unavailable depending on their context or where they are applied.Create a custom price item
To create a new custom price item, click the Add a new price button at the top of the list.

1NameAdd or change the name of the price. Only you can view this, and it is intended for administration purposes.2OperationSelect whether the set price should increase or decrease the current total amount.3Price typeSelect whether the price is fixed or a percent of the total amount.3aPrice valueEnter the price. Enter the price.3bPromo priceEnter a promotional price. This price will be displayed next to the original price, which will be crossed out, for comparison.3cPercent valueEnter the percentage-based price calculated from the current total amount. Enter the price.3dPromo percentEnter the promotional percentage-based price, calculated from the current total amount.4ApplyThis setting determines how the price will be applied. It can be applied once or over a set time period, specified in days or minutes.4aPeriod size (days/minutes)This field will only appear if you choose to apply the price based on a time period. Enter a number to set the duration, in days or minutes, for which the price will be applied.5Multiply price with the number of items selected.When enabled, the price will be multiplied by the number of items selected for booking.
