This area lets you manage global and custom availability, pricing, item quantities and notes for each day, night, hour or hour interval in the booking calendar.

In this section, you can add availability, set the number of items available, and/or define pricing for each day, night, hour, or hour interval in the calendar.

1StatusChoose the default status for your defined time periods from the following options: "Available", "Booked", "None", "Unavailable" and "Custom". The "Custom" status works like "Available", but allows you to set a custom color that highlights those time periods.1aCustom status colorSet the color associated with the "Custom" status.2Price valueSet a default price for each time period defined in your calendar. Enter the price.3Promo priceEnter a promotional price. This price will be displayed next to the original price, which will be crossed out, for comparison.4Number availableSet the number of available booking items for a day, night, hour or hour interval.5Hide number available in calendarHide the available item number in the days and hours displayed in the calendar.

Custom availability

Custom availability allows you to define specific availability settings for individual days, nights, hours or hour intervals in the calendar. This feature gives you full control over when your service can be booked, enabling you to override default availability or block out specific periods. With custom availability you can configure booking time periods to match holidays, peak hours, staff limitations or unique operational needs.


Create a custom availability item

To create a new custom availability item, click the Add a new custom availability item button at the top of the list.

For custom availability to take effect, an availability period needs to be set.


Hours

Define the standard hours during which bookings are allowed for all days in the calendar. These hours apply globally unless overridden by custom settings.

This section is available only for calendars that use hours.
Default hours

Click or tap to add a new hour. You can add multiple hours in chronological order. This button will be hidden if the last hour in the final hour is set to 24:00.2400

Select the hour you want to set. To delete the hour, click or tap the button.

Custom hours

Define specific booking hours for individual days in the calendar. Use this option when certain days require different operating hours, such as holidays, extended hours, reduced schedules, or special events.

This section is available only for calendars that use hours.

To create new custom hours, click the Add new custom hours button at the top of the list.

Custom hours data settings are configured the same way as default hours and require a defined availability period to take effect.


Hour intervals

Define the standard hour intervals (such as 08:00–10:00 or 14:00–16:00) available for booking across all days in the calendar. These intervals apply to every day unless custom intervals are set.

This section is available only for calendars that use hour intervals.

Set the start and end hour to define the time interval. To delete the interval, click or tap the button.

This section is available only for calendars that use hour intervals.

Custom prices

In this section you can define custom pricing for specific days, nights, hours or hour intervals in the calendar. This allows you to override default prices and apply special rates or unique pricing rules.

This section allows you to add custom information for specific days, nights, hours or hour intervals in the calendar. You can include details such as notes, messages or special instructions. The information added here will be visible to users when they view those days or time slots in the calendar.

For info details to take effect, an availability period must be set. You can also optionally add a schedule period.
