Path / Administration areaPassive extensionsFeesFees are additional charges that can be applied to reservations based on various criteria. They can serve multiple purposes, such as covering service costs, handling charges, equipment usage, or special requirements.
Create a fee
To create a new fee, navigate to the Fees page in the administration area, then click the Add a new fee button at the top of the list.

Interactive preview The preview above is fully functional and behave exactly like in the admin area.
1NameAdd or change the name of the fee. Only you can view this, and it is intended for administration purposes.2Enable translationEnable this option to display translation settings for all fee fields that support it.3LabelEdit this field to create a label for your fee. This is what your clients will see.3aLabel translationEnter the translated version of the label. To select the language you want to translate, click or tap the flag icon next to it. This is the label your clients will see when they choose that language.4OperationSelect whether the set value should increase or decrease the current total amount.5Value typeSelect whether the value is fixed or a percent of the total amount.5aPercent valueEnter the percentage value that will be calculated from the current total amount. Enter the price.5bPromo percentEnter the promotional percentage value that will be calculated from the current total amount.5cValueEnter the value. Enter the price.5dPromo valueEnter a promotional value. This price will be displayed next to the original value, which will be crossed out, for comparison.6ApplyThis setting determines how the value will be applied. It can be applied once or over a set time period, specified in days or minutes.6aPeriod size (days/minutes)This field will only appear if you choose to apply the value based on a time period. Enter a number to set the duration, in days or minutes, for which the value will be applied.7Multiply value with the number of items selected.When enabled, the value will be multiplied by the number of items selected for booking.8Include the fee in the reservation/extension price.When enabled, this option will include the fee in the reservation total or the extension price for informational purposes only. The fee does not affect the actual booking cost.9Display fee information in the reservation/extension details.When enabled, the fee information will be displayed in the booking details for your clients to see; if disabled, it will remain hidden from them.
