Rules
The rules extension allows users to change the default manner in which reservations are being made. More specifically an administrator can add restrictions for his clients, like setting the duration of the reservation, the number of booked items per reservation, blocking a period around a reservation, stop booking requests X minutes or days in advance and limit the number of reservations per user. Every rule can contain only one option, to add multiple rules to a calendar they have to be created separately.
Once you have created a rules extension, you have to select its type from the provided list and after that you can customize it in the configuration section. Main settings incorporate three tabs: ‘applied to’ that can be used to link the rules component to one or more calendars, ‘actions’ which can be used to delete or duplicate it and ‘main data’.
