How to use Pinpoint Booking System with WooCommerce

This documentation applies to version 2.X of the plugin.

If you want to integrate a booking calendar with WooCommerce follow these steps:

단계 1Create a simple WooCommerce product.단계 2Add a price to the product.단계 3Attach a calendar in Pinpoint Booking System tab of that product, select a language and the style of the Add to cart button.

Below is an example of the calendar and the product creation and how they work together.

Create a Simple WooCommerce product and attach a calendar

단계 1Click on the WooCommerce Products tab.단계 2Click on Add New. The page where you can add the new product will be displayed. If you don't want to create a new product you should select a product already created from the All Products tab.단계 3Under the Product short description box you have to select the Product Data: Simple product.단계 4Add a price. The price can't be empty. The price added to the cart will be the one you set for days/hours in your calendars but the Add to cart button won't show if you don't have a product price set in WooCommerce.단계 5Click on the Pinpoint Booking System tab of your product settings.단계 6Select the calendar you want to attach to the product (when you click, a dropdown with all your calendars will be displayed). If you don't see any calendars it means you are neither Admin or Calendar owner.단계 7Select the language of the calendar.단계 8Select the position of the calendar( product summary or product tabs).단계 9Select the Add to cart button. You can choose from the WooCommerce button or the Pinpoint Booking System button.단계 10After you finish editing your product, click on Publish to see the changes on your product page.

단계 1Go to your product page.단계 2Make a selection from the calendar.단계 3Select the number of items you want to book.단계 4At every step, when you make a change, the Reservation will update. If you add more items or if you choose more days, the prices will update accordingly.단계 5Click Add to cart when you are ready. The add to cart behaviour can be changed. You can make it redirect you to the cart after you successfully add something or you can continue shopping. You can add more reservations from the same calendar or other calendars. If that period will be booked while you are still browsing the website or the periods of time selected overlap, an error message will appear.

단계 1장바구니에 담으시면 해당 예약 내역을 확인하실 수 있습니다. 예약 내역에는 가격 외에도 캘린더 이름, 임시 예약 ID 및 예약된 시간이 표시됩니다.단계 2준비가 되셨다면 결제 진행을 클릭하세요.

Completing the order

단계 1결제 페이지에서는 청구지 주소를 입력해야 합니다.단계 2청구지 주소는 WooCommerce에서 사용되기 때문에 중요합니다. 이 시점부터는 더 이상 Pinpoint Booking System의 일부가 아니며, 확인 이메일은 WooCommerce에서 발송됩니다.단계 3해당되는 경우 추가 정보를 기재해 주십시오.단계 4Make the payment.

결제가 완료되면 WooCommerce의 ‘주문’ 탭에서 해당 예약을 확인할 수 있습니다. 또한 Pinpoint 예약 시스템에도 해당 예약이 등록됩니다. 이 예약은 결제 수단이 WooCommerce로 설정된 일반 예약과 동일하게 표시되며, 주문 ID가 함께 표시됩니다. 이 주문 ID는 WooCommerce의 주문 ID와 일치합니다.

예약에 선택한 기간은 자동으로 ‘예약 완료’로 표시됩니다.

Good to know:

The price is calculated from the price you set in your calendar, not from the WooCommerce product price.
It will not work with a variable product.
When you delete an order, it will delete the reservation.
