Refund policy

If you are not happy with one of our products, we will offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We will appreciate a reason why our product did not satisfied your needs. Just login and complete the form bellow.

You can receive a refund after 30 days, if you never downloaded the product.

There are a few situations when we will not issue a refund:

1. If you bought a product a second time after your first purchase was refunded.

2. Refunds do not apply to product upgrades or annual renewals.

3. No partial refunds will be granted for licence downgrades, early terminations etc.

4. No refunds will be given after 30 days from the original purchase, if you downloaded the product.

IMPORTANT!
Refunds requests may take up to 20 days to reflect in your bank/Paypal/card account after we issue them.
