Availability and Schedule
Administration Area / Summary
Availability defines the time interval in which an item will be available. On the other hand, schedule defines the time interval in which it will be possible to book an item.
Let’s put it like this: You are organising a music festival in August 2022 but you want to give out early bird, reduced tickets in January. To accomplish this, you can set a custom price for the availability period in the summer (the interval of the actual event) and schedule it to apply only to tickets bought in January.
You can find the availability and schedule tabs in most components, in the configuration section > advanced settings. Their interface is the same, the difference between them is the way they function and therefore influence the reservation.
To get started, you have to add an availability/ schedule period. You can create as many periods as you want, but keep in mind that their order will determine the priority, which is from top to bottom. When collapsed, availability/ schedule periods still display the main information in the following order: name, days intervals, hours intervals and the unique id. Manage your lists with the three buttons from the right:
1SortierenDrag this button to rearrange the prices/ values order.2LöschenDelete the price or value.3Erweitern/KollabierenClick to expand the price if you want to view/ edit its content or collapse if you want to hide it.
