Create a coupon
To create a new coupon, navigate to the Coupons page in the administration area, then click the Add a new coupon button at the top of the list.

1NameAdd or change the name of the coupon. Only you can view this, and it is intended for administration purposes.2Enable translationEnable this option to display translation settings for all coupon fields that support it.3LabelEdit this field to create a label for your coupon. This is what your clients will see.3aLabel translationEnter the translated version of the label. To select the language you want to translate, click or tap the flag icon next to it. This is the label your clients will see when they choose that language.4Coupon codeEnter the code customers must use to apply the coupon to their reservation.5Limit the total number of couponsEnable this option to limit how many times the coupon can be used in total.5aNumber of coupons availableSet the maximum number of times the coupon can be used.6Value typeSelect whether the value is fixed or a percent of the total amount.6aPercent valueEnter the percentage value that will be calculated from the current total amount.6bPromo percentEnter the promotional percentage value that will be calculated from the current total amount.6cValueEnter the value.6dPromo valueEnter a promotional value. This price will be displayed next to the original value, which will be crossed out, for comparison.7ApplyThis setting determines how the value will be applied. It can be applied once or over a set time period, specified in days or minutes.7aPeriod size (days/minutes)This field will only appear if you choose to apply the value based on a time period. Enter a number to set the duration, in days or minutes, for which the value will be applied.8Display coupon information in the reservation/extension details.When enabled, the coupon information will be displayed in the booking details for your clients to see; if disabled, it will remain hidden from them.

This allows coupon amounts, validity, and application rules to adapt to different reservation periods, booking times and specific booking criteria.
