    Hi there,

    I have installed the plug-in for Mollie payments, but then the page of my accommodations doesn't show anymore. When i deactivate the plug-in i can see the page again. Can you help me with this problem?

    Also: i was wondering where I can add my Mollie account to the Mollie plug-in.

    Hope you guys can help. Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

    You are using an old version of Pinpoint Booking System and Mollie payment isn't compatible anymore with it. It will require Pinpoint Booking System minimum v2.4.5.
    Please see here some info about Mollie payment and it's requirements: Mollie Payment.
    You will need to update Pinpoint Booking System to be able to use the Mollie add-on.

    Hi there,

    When i update the plug-in i'll get an error (Update failed: No plugin specified). It says the plug-in isn't there. But i am afraid that when a deactivate the plug-in and install it again, my whole calendar will disappear. Do you know a solution?

    Hello,

    I just disabled the sandbox environment and now Mollie Payment seems to work fine. Please test it and confirm if you still have this issue.
    Make sure to clear browser's cache before loading the calendar. If you want to use it live, enable live payment and if you want to test, disable live and enable just sandbox.

    I still doesn't seem to work. When I enable Mollie i will get this error and the page doesn't work:

    Hello,

    It looks like your Mollie test key is not correct or is not valid anymore. Please go to your Mollie account and check again. I made a test using one of our Mollie test keys and it worked properly. Also, the Mollie payment is working fine if you are disabling the test mode.
    Please check and change the Mollie test key and try again.

    Hi there, i found a VERY BIG problem!! The login credentials within this messages are invisible, but when you google on our website name you will see the password i have send to you guys. That's a big BIG problem!!! Now i have made new passwords, but it means that last week the whole internet can use our WP credentials. My question: how can i delete all my messages with you guys...? I cannot see the old messages.

    Hello,

    This is not an issue related to our website.
    When I asked you to provide credentials in the designated area you made them public in your reply and you didn't use the private area for credentials which is situated below this topic. Please see the screenshot.

    After you replied and included your credentials, I removed them and replaced with ********* manually but meanwhile, Google were there and indexed the page as you originally posted.

    This is the reason why we are using the private designated fields and also tell any customer to do the same.

    Let us know if you want to completely remove the topic from our records.
