Clients not able to book

    Hi,

    We are not able to book any space on any calendar. I have reset all the databases and emptied all the site cache but still not able to book. The coupon or confirmation boxes do not appear with any combination of settings.

    Please help...

    Solution

    Hello,

    This is happening because you are using Stripe payment method (Stripe add-on version 1.1.5) which is no longer accepted. Due to the new SCA requirements we made an update for Stripe add-on and you will need to use the latest version 1.1.7 available on our shop.

    The version I have purchased is no longer supported? I tried downloading from My Account but its the old version. Do I have to buy the updated version??

    Hello,

    If you have a valid Stripe licence you should be able to download the latest version 1.1.7. If you don't have a valid licence then you will have to renew or upgrade the old licence.
