Hi there. I switched to using Braintree as a workaround from PayPal as I was getting many errors. Now with Braintree I'm still getting errors.

One main issue that customers are reporting is 'Amount must be greater than zero'. This occurs regardless of the amount requested by the calendar.

please, can you take a look? The calendar system, unfortunately, has never worked seamlessly since day 1. and we were hoping to spend more money on Braintree plugins would fix but if anything it has made it worse...

There are four calendars on the site located at the following urls. the issues mainly come from the campsite page however all calendars are very similar

    https://tireecampsite.co.uk/camp-on-tiree

    https://tireecampsite.co.uk/glamping-pod-tiree

This error is still ongoing. I really need your help on sorting this as I am losing money daily due to failed payments. I have at least 2 per day reporting ' amount must be greater than zero ' error.

I'm not sure of this is the calendar or the Braintree plugin but regardless I need you guys to support this issue.

I have installed the calendar correctly along-with the Braintree plugin, I have an active Braintree and PayPal account. .

Could it be the extras if they are left at zero?

    Hello,

I just made a test reservation on your test calendar using Braintree payment gateway in sandbox mode and it worked properly. You can also test it using the test credentials.

In your live calendars, there are some certain days that are giving you that error? Are you sure the total price is greater than 0 when the user wants to pay ? (I can see in your Campsite calendars some days without a price) .

The error appears to be completely random and appears on all booking calendars on the site.

I don't know what triggers it. But it is happening 2-3 times per day resulting in paying staff to manually add the orders.

Please look further into this as i have invested in this service and it isn't working properly which is costing money to my business.

The error that is returned is 'amount must be greater than zero'.

Could this be refering to extras?
Is the total not translating to Braintree / PayPal?? What is happening. Perhaps you can upgrade me to the latest version? Maybe that would fix the issue?

I've just added cpanel and sql links and logins.

    More failed attempts yesterday.

Also i'm based in the uk does that make a difference.

Also errors arrive from both paypal and braintree payment so I think it could be the calendars, not the payment gateway I'm not sure.

    Hello,

Unfortunately your hosting provider deactivated the password when I tried to login doe to a suspicious attempt and I am unable to access your database. Do you have any other login method (any other login URL)?

Hi, there I have updated the details. Please try again. Still getting loads of errors

This is an issue that is literally now costing us money on a daily basis in terms of manual admin carried out by staff members. The whole point of investing in your product was to streamline bookings but you have actually increased my time and expenditure on staff. I dont know what you can do to solve this and wether updating the plugins would help but i would really appreciate it if you gave this some time. Or failing that refund me for what i have spent with you.

When it works it's great but when it doesn't it's a nightmare.

    Hello,

Sorry for the late reply. Do still have this issue? After investigating again your calendar I cannot see the issue.
Please confirm if you managed to solve this by yourself or if you still need assistance.

this issue is still there. If you can not fix the issue I would like to be refunded. This is STILL costing me daily in staff wages who are having to book people in over the phone when the website fails.

its random as it works for some customers but not all. it works on some mobiles but not all. My website is fully secured with ssl and is a WordPress website.

I have provided screenshots of the error but you seem to be unable to rectify. This system is therefore unusable for me.

    Hello,

That warning is caused by the synchronization process. Most probably you are trying to make the synchronization with an empty calendar. If you will add some reservation or you will disable the sync, the warning should disappear.
You should also try to update your Pinpoint version as you are using an old one (2.6.0 vs 2.9.3 currently available).
