A service is pretty much like a product, but instead of stock, it has a duration. Like products, services are sold for a price and they should be linked to the reservation. For example, you can book space and equipment for a session at the gym but if you want a personal trainer for a customised workout plan you have to pay extra for the services. Also, these services can be booked per day/ hour or per session.
The software is in BETA and some feature aren't available at the moment or may be subject to change.
Main Settings
Once you have created a service, you can customise it in the configuration section. In the advanced settings, you can set custom availability, schedule and conditions. Main settings incorporate three tabs: ‘applied to’ that can be used to link the component to one or more calendars, ‘actions’ which can be used to delete or duplicate it and ‘main data’ which contains the following:
1NameEdit this field to change the name of the service. Only you can see this name.2LabelEdit this field to create a label for your service. This is what your clients will see.3Service duration (days/minutes)Edit this input to set the duration of your service.4OperationSelect if the number will be added or subtracted from the reservation\’s total price.5Price typeSelect whether the number is a fixed price or percent of the reservation.6For fixed price you have the following settings:6APrice valueType in the fixed price that will be added or subtracted. Only number characters and ‘.’ are allowed.6BPromo priceAdd a promotional price if needed. It will be displayed as a discount.6CApplyThis will determine how many times the price will apply. It can be applied only once or by period (per day, hour etc).6DPeriod size (days/minutes)This input will be displayed only if you select to apply the price by period. Type in the number to set the frequency by days or minutes. The default value is 1. 6EToggle!7For percent price you have the following settings:7APercent valueType in the percent value that will be added or subtracted. Only numbers and ‘.’ are allowed.7BPromo percentAdd a promotional percent value if needed. It will be displayed as a discount.
