Not able to view entire frontend calendar

Three weeks ago I submitted a ticket with the same title "Not able to view entire frontend calendar". My initial submission number was #10539. I received a response from you saying that I should contact the company that created the template I am using "because the theme you are using Pinpoint Booking System as a built-in feature. They modified our plugin and we cannot help you in this matter." I have been traveling for the last few weeks so I haven't had a chance to follow back up with you on this issue.
I am aware that the template created include a version of Pinpoint Booking System in the template. However, that is not the version I am using. The version they included had a very limited feature set and did not meet my needs. Therefore, I recently purchased Pinpoint Booking System Pro to have access to the full feature set. After I purchased the Pro Version, I then created the "Beach Cruiser Main Calendar". Here is a screenshot that shows that I deactivated the version of Pinpoint that came with the template (red box) and have activated the Pro version (green box), https://d.pr/i/EhX13x.

I created one calendar and posted it at http://www.beachcruiserami.com/reservations/. I can see calendar part of the frontend calendar, monthly part, but I cannot view the booking, reservation, and pricing information on the right.
I have read through the support documentation and can't figure out what I am doing wrong. Please help.

Indeed, you are now using the original Pinpoint Booking System plugin but your theme have some built in Pinpoint elements which are affecting the plugin's behavior and is overwriting the original code.
If you will switch your current theme with a WordPress default theme you will see that the calendar is working properly.
Please contact the theme developers or their support team in this matter.
